Hi, I’m Anand Thakur. I graduated from Brown University in 2016 with a degree in Computer Science. After that, I started working in tech support, and now I work at a friendly local tech company where I help people fix issues with their Windows and Mac computers.
My first job was at TechSolutions, where I learned a lot about solving different tech problems. I helped many people with their computer issues and even worked on a big project that made the company’s system run better. Later, I moved to SoftServe, another tech company where I continued to help customers and worked on exciting projects that improved how we solved problems.
As I worked, I noticed that many people had similar issues with their computers. I thought it would be great to share the solutions I found online. So, I started a blog where I write about common tech problems and how to fix them. Though most of the thing that I publish are already with me from my extensive project on these errors in my university days which gain lots of attractions at that time.
My blog has a lot of tips and guides based on my experience. I make sure everything is organized so that readers can easily find the answers they need. I also like to hear from people who read my blog. Their questions and feedback help me improve my posts and add new information.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping up with the latest technology. I go to tech events and join online groups to learn new things. This helps me keep my blog updated with the newest tips and trends. I also like trying out new gadgets and software, which gives me more ideas for my blog.
